It's that time again...

Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14

Hi, folks! Long time, no write. I've missed you. I've missed writing. I've missed, well, all of it.

And, I hate to be coming back to you just because I need something from you, but it's true. My own selfish need is what has returned me here today.

Tonight, when my amazing husband, who works his fingers to the bone to provide for his little lady, gets home from work, we'll be loading down the car and heading to MD Anderson in Houston. Tomorrow, I'll have a full day of testing. And then, on Thursday, we'll see my oncologist and receive test results. Wanna know my lineup?

   7:30AM   Bone Scan Injection
   8:30AM   Lab work
   9:30AM   Bone scan
   11:20AM Prep for CT
   1:20 PM  CT scan (chest/abdomen/pelvis)
   2:20 PM  Chest X-ray
  3:15 PM   Prep for MRI
  4:00 PM  MRI (brain)

Now, doesn't that just look like a day full 'o fun? I can't wait! (note sarcasm)

The Lord has repeatedly brought 2 Chronicles 7:14 to my mind in the last coupla days. Brian and I are existing in such a restored land right now, that I can't help but praise God for the opportunity to boldly proclaim His supernatural healing of my body.  I can remember the first couple of times at MD Anderson. My knees were knocking in fear for at least a week prior to me even going to Houston. Not so now. Y'all, our God is Healer, Awesome in POWER! And, I can't wait to scientifically confirm that on Thursday.

Until then, will you pray for me if the Lord brings little 'ole me to your mind? I sure would appreciate it!

Love y'all! We'll talk on Thursday. :)

Praying for you, your husband, travel safety, tests, and great results!

I don't know if you've heard this song or not, but when I read your post this came to mind. I wanted to share it with you. I posted the link below:

Hoping that your tests went well! I keep checking back for an update, and I hope that your absence has been a result of celebration over the great results!

I knew your journey to MD Anderson was coming up. However, I've been amiss at taking a look at your blog. So, I prayed for you anyway :). And, praise be to God! Healed. Amen and amen!
