Provision.

When I saw this image online, I thought, "Wow. That's exactly how I feel. I'm bald, standing before the Lord with open hands, begging Him to rain down His mercy on me. And, He has."

Y'all, once again, He has given me tangible evidence of His faithfulness. All of my scans and tests revealed "NO evidence of disease". Incredible.

Me, the 27-year-old with metastatic breast cancer, and no evidence of disease. I feel like saying to the doctors who write "metastatic breast cancer", "Oh yeah? Where's the metastasis? Show me. And, I'll show you my God who healed it."

But, that probably wouldn't be the best representation of Christ, now would it? :)

And, here's a fun picture for you. Yesterday, I had to leave one office in scrubs. And, I thought, "After so many doctors appointments, they really should make me an honorary doctor. I won't give any medical advice. I'll just sign my name with M.D. behind it. And, I really look like I'm headed into the O.R. with these scrubs and this scarf." Now, if I could just convince the medical community of my expertise. :)
To God be the glory, for He is faithful and good in EVERY situation. He's got this stuff figured out.

Awesome! I prayed for you this morning and I just kept thinking of your mantra over and over "this changes nothing, this changes nothing...." Being a 33 year old with metastatic breast cancer, I sure love hearing the words "no evidence of disease"!! YAY!
