Christmas Morning

No other morning the whole year through can contest the wonder and enchantment of Christmas morning. The sights, the sounds, and the special memories are sure to be forever ingrained on our memories. My family has a fun tradition of gathering at Ashley and Brian's house for Christmas morning breakfast. Hopefully you'll enjoy looking at our day.

Making breakfast
Playing with the new Flash costume and moon boots
The happy hosts
Oh, you have to know Ashley, but she loves "booties" (she rhymes the word with footies). Her favorite pair broke only a few days before Christmas. This was practically a crisis situation. Her family was kind enough to purchase a new pair for her.
The moon boots are tricky.

Hensley Grace and her sweet little baby things
This is why Hensley likes me. I feed her candy out of my hand.
The reason for the season
Astronaut Maddox to infinity and beyond!

Uncle Brian was the "put 'er togetherer", and that made him quite popular with the kiddos.
Chelsey and all some of her new prized possessions.

Always the poser. No lack of confidence in that chica!
Aunt Chelsey and Hensley make wonderful playmates
The crew is gathered for prayer.

Hensley tries out her tricycle with Memaw.
Ashley tries out the moon boots. You'll see it didn't quite go as planned.

Chillin' by the fire with a cuppa joe.

These are a few of my favorite things.

Such fun pictures! Looks like everyone had a great time, and you're right... there is always something so special about being with family on Christmas morning. :) I have to ask- do you know someone who went to LeTourneau?!? My husband and I met at LETU and are both LETU alum! Crazy!
