Our homes say a whole lot about us, don't they? Some are content to live in stark environments with little to no visual stimulation. Others prefer places of luxury and splendor. Still others don't know what they prefer, and their homes are a mix of eclectic elements. I'm as nosy as they come when it comes to houses. I LOVE to look at people's homes.

Since I posted about Hensley's birthday yesterday, I thought today would be an appropriate day to show you her "big girl room". I asked Ashley if I could use her house for a blog post. She kindly agreed, but she told me that I did have to provide a few disclaimers.

Are you jealous of that little girl yet? What a room, right? And, I have to tell you, too, that the furniture pieces are all consignment/flea market/garage sale finds. Impressive, huh?
Disclaimer number two: they are still recovering a chair and working on a reading nook for the corner that I didn't show you. It's going to have a crystal light fixture and the coolest chair you've ever seen. Stay tuned....
