Christmas #3

And, the celebrations continue...

Tonight, we went to my mom and stepdad's house for our final Christmas celebration with my side of the family. It was a wonderful evening, and it was really special to have everyone together. Unfortunately, our schedules don't permit that to happen very often, so it was a real treat! Lots of laughs, yummy food, and exciting gifts!

Doesn't their house look pretty?

We took a short stroll to look at the neighborhood's Christmas lights. Unfortunately, there weren't many to see.

Today was a wonderful, but tiring day. We started our day by taking Bertie to the vet, and then we headed straight to the hospital for the first (of 2) appointments for a bone scan. During the first one, they injected me with some sort of dye. Then, it takes it 3 hours to move through your body, so we had to leave and go back later for the actual scan. With the happenings of the last few days, we hadn't taken the time to finish up our Christmas shopping, so we did that today. It was a nice day out, other than the scan. But, I got a call this afternoon that confirmed a clear scan. Praise the Lord!

Praise the LORD! And I must know...what is with the kitty in a box? Did Mattox get a kitty as a gift or is he just being a little boy? :)

I just stumbled on your blog, but i wanted u to know that i'm praying for you. One of my favorite scriptures is Isaiah 41:10 "Fear not for I am with you be not dismayed for I am your God I will strengthen you and help you I will uphold you with My righteous right hand". I'm sure you've heard it, but I just wanted you to know that there are people you don't even know praying for you.
