Razzle Dazzle Frazzled!

I always like to put my own spin on words. It drives Brian nuts. I hardly ever call any of the dogs by their given names, and many common things in our home have taken on a new vocabulary. Bertie is Bert Bert, Vito is Veetsies or Veet or Veeters, and Gladys is Glad-Ass or Big Mama. And, it's not atypical for me to announce that I'm going to take a showey (instead of shower) or going to call Ashy (instead of my sister, Ashley) or Chester (instead of my sister, Chelsey). So, I say all of that to explain the title of this post - razzle dazzle frazzled!

Y'all, I'm at the end of my rope. Not really. But, I do feel INCREDIBLY overwhelmed right now. I think that I might have taken on too much - just maybe. These are my current obligations:

  • work full time
  • 2nd Grade Chairperson (which means meeting after meeting after meeting, and task after task after task)
  • School T-shirt coordinator
  • Susan G. Komen for the Cure volunteer
  • Bible study facilitator
  • Women's small group
  • daily online devotional writer
  • graduate student
  • wife
  • sister
  • daughter
  • dog mom

Wowzas! Maybe this doesn't seem like a lot to you, but I don't like to be too tied dow, and it is a LOT for me! Oh well, better busy than bored. I guess...

Totally didn't know you were getting a Masters?! Did you just start this? In what? Do tell. You have a lot going on, Chica. Don't be afraid to skip out every now and then. It does a body good.

We are the SAME way about names in our family. Molly has become Moss and Mossahara Molly Moto. Abby has become Abby Cadabby and Flabtastic. These are just a few of their many names. My dad is constantly saying "Why did you give them a name when you never call them by it?". Haha!

Hope you find some time to relax! You made me tired just reading everything you're doing!!
